Event services

360° planning, from the first idea to the last truck out

Six disciplines, one team and one contract. Take the venue on its own, add the set-up, or hand us the whole event.

What we handle

Everything an event needs, under one roof

Each of these can be booked on its own. Most clients start with two or three and end up handing over more as the date gets closer.

Concept & theme development

We start with the feeling you want the day to leave behind, then build the look, the flow and the budget around it.

  • Discovery session and event brief
  • Mood boards, colour stories and styling direction
  • Floor plans and guest-flow mapping
  • Budget shaping and supplier recommendations

Décor & set-up

Florals, drapery, table settings and installations — designed for the gardens and built on site by our own team.

  • Floral design and greenery installations
  • Draping, backdrops and stage design
  • Table settings, linen, glassware and centrepieces
  • Signage, stationery and welcome moments

Catering coordination

We work with kitchens we trust, and manage tastings, menus, service staff and timing so the food lands right.

  • Menu curation and tasting sessions
  • Kenyan, continental and mixed-service menus
  • Bar, mixology and beverage service
  • Service staff, plating and timing on the day

Entertainment & MCs

Bands, DJs, dancers and MCs who can read a room — briefed on your run sheet, not improvising it.

  • MCs and programme hosts
  • Live bands, choirs and traditional performers
  • DJs, sound engineering and PA systems
  • Photography and videography partners

Tents, seating & lighting

Full event infrastructure from our own inventory — marquees, seating, staging, power and lighting.

  • Marquees, stretch tents and pagodas
  • Chairs, tables, lounge furniture and dance floors
  • Staging, trussing and festoon or ambient lighting
  • Power, generators, cooling and washroom units

On-site coordination

A named coordinator and crew running the day to the minute, so the people hosting can actually be guests.

  • Detailed run sheet and supplier call times
  • Rehearsal and set-up supervision
  • A dedicated coordinator plus floor crew on the day
  • Strike, clean-up and hire returns

Packages

Three ways to work with us

Every event gets an itemised quote — these are the starting points, not fixed boxes. Tell us the date and guest numbers and we'll price it properly.

Garden Hire

Clients with their own planner

The gardens, exclusive to you for the day, with our grounds team on hand and the essentials already in place.

  • Exclusive use of the gardens for the day
  • Parking, washrooms, power and water
  • Access for your suppliers to set up and strike
  • Grounds and security team on site

Most booked

  • Marquee or stretch tent, seating and tables
  • Décor, florals and table styling
  • Lighting, sound and staging
  • Set-up and strike crew

360° Management

Hands-off hosts and diaspora clients

We take the whole event — concept, suppliers, budget, run sheet and the day itself. You show up and host.

  • Everything in Garden & Set-up
  • Concept, theme and full design direction
  • Catering, entertainment and supplier management
  • Budget management and vendor contracting
  • Dedicated coordinator and crew on the day
  • Remote planning for clients abroad

Pricing depends on date, guest numbers and scope — we quote per event rather than publishing a rate card.

How it works

What happens after you send an enquiry

  1. 01

    Tell us the date

Send an enquiry with your date, guest numbers and the kind of day you have in mind. We reply within one working day with availability.

  2. 02

    Walk the gardens

Visit in person, or take a video walkthrough if you are abroad. We talk through the spaces, the flow and what the day will actually cost.

  3. 03

    Agree the scope

An itemised proposal — venue only, venue and set-up, or full 360° management. No line items appear later that were not in it.

  4. 04

    We run the day

A named coordinator, a detailed run sheet and our crew on site from first delivery through to strike.
