Case studies
320 guests · 360° management
The couple were planning from Nairobi with family in Meru, and wanted a ceremony under the trees with the reception on the lawn. We ran the whole build; stretch tent, staging, florals and lighting, plus a rain plan we thankfully didn't need. Guests moved from the ceremony to dinner without noticing the changeover happening behind them.
180 delegates · Venue, infrastructure & coordination
Two days: sessions under a marquee with breakaways in the shade, then an awards dinner on the lawn the second evening. Power, backup generators, AV and branded staging were all handled in-house, and the space was reset overnight between the working day and the gala.
140 guests · Garden & set-up
A traditional ceremony that needed the space to hold both families comfortably, with shade, seating and a clear route for the procession. We styled it in woven textures and earth tones, and kept the service side entirely out of sight of the guests.
