The gardens, in use

Weddings, corporate days and family celebrations — the same grounds, set up differently every time.

Weddings

Ceremonies under the trees, receptions on the main lawn, and everything either side of them.

Corporate

Team days, product launches, AGMs and end-of-year functions with the infrastructure to match.

Private celebrations

Birthdays, dowry ceremonies, graduations, baby showers and family gatherings.

Imagery is placeholder artwork until the client photo library is supplied.

A December wedding in the Grove

The couple were planning from Nairobi with family in Meru, and wanted a ceremony under the trees with the reception on the lawn. We ran the whole build — stretch tent, staging, florals and lighting — plus a rain plan we thankfully didn't need. Guests moved from the Grove to the Main Lawn between the ceremony and dinner without noticing the changeover happening behind them.

A regional sales conference and awards night

Two days: sessions under a marquee with breakaways on the Terrace, then an awards dinner on the lawn the second evening. Power, backup generators, AV and branded staging were all handled in-house, and the space was reset overnight between the working day and the gala.

A family dowry ceremony

A traditional ceremony that needed the space to hold both families comfortably, with shade, seating and a clear route for the procession. We styled it in woven textures and earth tones, and kept the service side entirely out of sight of the guests.
